Ok, so, I think I need to get in the habit of blogging....I guess this is kinda like keeping a journal....but I am a lot better about writing in my journal, since its sitting next to my bed taunting me every night.
So, I am going to try and be better...but I am going to try! Of course it would be easier if I had my own laptop or computer or something, but I don't, so I do the best I can. :D
I went on Chamber Singers Retreat a few weeks ago with my High School Choir; and it was so flippin cool!! We woke up at 5 and left for the school at 5:30, got to St. George by 10:30-11-ish. We re-horsed our songs 'til 12:30 and then went to lunch, came back to Dixie College and re-horsed until 5:30, then we got to go to our hotel and chill 'til we left for the TUACAHN!!!!! That was amazing!!! We got to see Tarzan, when I first heard thats what we were seeing, I wasn't so excited...watching a half naked man run around a stage isn't exactly appealing; but, when I saw him, I thought 'This isn't half bad' but when I heard his singing voice; I fell in love!!! He was amazing!!
(for those who are curious...Yes I am always this dramatic)
We got back to the hotel at about 12:30 am, and we all went straight to bed, then woke up at 8, and went to the continental breakfast at the hotel; then we went back to Dixie College and re-horsed, until 12:30 again then, we left sunny St. George, we stopped at the Pizza Factory for dinner, that was way yummy!! Jessie is hilarous! I love her!! ALFREDO!!!! (if you are curious about that you will have to ask yours truly) we got home around 9:30-10. OMIGOSH!! I wanna go again!! It was so much fun! I love my Alto group! ALTO POWER!! Our choirs are going to rock everyones socks!!
